Bridging Divides in a World in Transition

The XIII Global Baku Forum, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, will convene world leaders, policymakers, international organization representatives, scholars, and civil society voices to address the most pressing global challenges shaping the international order.
Under the theme “Bridging Divides in a World in Transition,” the Forum will serve as a high-level platform for dialogue on geopolitical transformation, multilateral cooperation, global security, climate resilience, digital governance, sustainable development, and emerging global risks. Through a series of strategic panels and high-level discussions, participants will explore practical pathways to strengthen international cooperation, restore trust in multilateral institutions, and foster inclusive and sustainable global solutions.
The three-day program will feature an Opening Ceremony, thematic panel sessions, luncheon discussions, special conversations, night owl sessions and the presentation of the Nizami Ganjavi International Award 2026. Key discussion themes include global security and international law, multilateralism in crisis, the future of the United Nations, China and global governance initiatives, climate action and COP processes, regional connectivity, Africa’s development outlook, the 2030 Agenda, artificial intelligence and digital governance, urban resilience linked to WUF13, next-generation health systems, and youth engagement in global policymaking.
