Destination to the COP29

 

Within the framework of Azerbaijan hosting COP29, NGIC has been actively involved in contributing to successful preparation towards this important event. In addition to NGIC Members forming core part of the COP29 International Advisory Committee, NGIC has also activated its relationships with various global organizations to discuss potential collaboration towards successful COP29.

NGIC will hold 17 events as part of COP29, addressing key themes such as “Integrating Health into NDCs”, “Promoting and Supporting Women's Leadership”, “Strengthening Collaborative Power for a Sustainable Digital Tech Industry”, “Leveraging Science, Technology, and Innovation for Climate Solutions”, “Elevating Agricultural Adaptation”, “Achieving Gender-Responsive Rio Conventions Synergies”, “From COP29 to COP30 with COP16- Joining Pathways in Advancing Gender and Indigenous Women's Rights”  etc.
